We never share information or data entrusted to us by our clients, employees, or research participants; it is only used for the purpose for which it is intended.

The Yes& Lipman Hearne website uses standard internet technology such as Google Analytics and session variables to help us improve usability and accessibility; session variables ae destroyed as soon as users leave our site. Our website and newsletters include social media features, such as a “Share” button. These features may collect users IP addresses, what page(s) were visited, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function. Social media features and widgets are hosted by third parties. Interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the social media company providing it.

In connection with our research, which can include surveys, focus groups, and individual interviews, we will collect opinions about various subjects and may also collect some personally identifiable information about participants (e.g. name, age, identification number, etc.). Participation in Yes& Lipman Hearne research is voluntary and participants may opt out at any time.

Information obtained from participants will only be used for research purposes. At no time will we sell or rent to any third party any personally identifiable information that is not otherwise publicly available. Our purpose in collecting data is to discern trends; only those aggregate trends, ranked by categories of participants will be reported. Personally identifiable information will not be shared with clients for reasons other than lawful research practices. Clients will not receive the last names, phone numbers, or email addresses of research participants.

Research participants will not be sold anything as a result of participating in research conducted by Yes& Lipman Hearne. Yes& Lipman Hearne will not share personally identifiable information with any outside organizations, except for the purposes of paying incentives or as required by law. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law or when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

Children under the age of 16 are not intended participants for Yes& Lipman Hearne Research; we do not knowingly or intentionally collect data from or about children under the age of 16. If you believe we have collected data or information about a child under the age of 16, please contact us at info@lipmanhearne.com and we will delete the information.
